I was the lead editor for Shell's global intranet, serving the company's 96,000 staff. I worked closely with senior stakeholders to develop the intranet. I built and managed a team of 4 writers. I created the style guide and devised the site's tone of voice.

I devised a content strategy that covered everything from industry-specific news to travel guides.
